Do I need an account?
Your e-mail address is your account. You enter it with your first purchase and are then signed in in this browser. On another device, send yourself a sign-in link under “Account”.
What does an image cost, what does a video cost?
That depends on the model, the resolution and, for video, the duration. Every model page shows the price for exactly your settings before you start – from €0.01 for a portrait to a few euros for a 30-second video in 1080p.
Who owns the results?
You may use everything you create privately and commercially. Please note that AI images enjoy no copyright protection in many countries and that you must not infringe the rights of others (brand logos, real people, protected characters).
How long are results available?
At least seven days after completion for download in your account. Please download whatever you want to keep within that time.
Can I return credit?
You can withdraw from unused credit within 14 days of purchase; not from the part you have already used for generations. Details in the withdrawal policy (in German).
What happens to my descriptions and images?
They are transmitted to the respective model provider for generation and deleted there after a short time. We store the description with your job so you can find it again. More in the privacy policy (in German).
